My Favorite - Asessment

Well I find Practicing a Tool the best way to assess whether my students are understanding the main concepts in my basic computer course. I give them written instructions and ask them to complete the activity in front of me. I then give then a score based on how well they completed the activity. I am able to assess what parts of the course of topic that I may need to spend a little more time on or repeat activites throughout the course.
